Tenants Guideline

Sunrise give you the following guidelines at every stage of your renting.

    Before Tenancy

    Visit our available listings
    On-site property viewing
    Application form submission
    Background check & credit check
    Sign Tenancy agreement
    Move-in cost payment (bond & minimum one-week rent)
    Handing over the keys & initial condition checklist (usually request tenants to return in 4 days after move-in)
  •

    During tenancy

    Routine Inspection at 3 to 4 months interval
    Follow up repair and maintenance
    Renew tenancy after fixed-term tenancy or end a tenancy
  •

    After tenancy

    Final Inspection
    Bond Refund
    If there are any costs that tenants need to be charged after tenancy, we will discuss with you and deduct from the bond.
