Vannarady immigrated to New Zealand 7 years ago from Hong Kong to complete her Graduate Diploma in Law. With great communication and interpersonal skills Vannarady can speak fluent English and also has the ability to speak Cantonese and translate back to English.

Vannarady has over a decade of experience in the Legal Field – Ship Finance, Conveyancing and Commercial Lease, Relationship/Divorce and Property. Having studied her law degree in England at Manchester Metropolitan University, Vannarady naturally progressed and completed her Graduate Diploma in Law here in New Zealand. Vannarady is very passionate in Property Law, Residential Property Development and Property Management and is positive that Property Management is the career path she would like to follow as this gives her the flexibility to call on her degree education and all that she has achieved with this.

Vannarady’s role at Sunrise Property is assisting with the Properties, Owners and Tenants. With the vast experience in Law, Vannarady has the competence to resolve any problem and/or disputes that may arise between Owners and Tenants, and/or something a little more challenging too. Successfully resolving confrontation on a day-to-day basis, working with the Law of Property, and gaining trust and recognition from her clients is motivating for Vannarady and makes her feel a valued team member.

Vannarady is family orientated and appreciates the importance of quality time with her family. Spending time relaxing at the beach, participating in water sports or simply letting the ocean flow over her feet is where she will be in her free time.
