Sunny has 20 years of experience in Sales and Customer Services and worked in IT network engineering for 8 years in Hong Kong before he came to New Zealand.

Sunny’s IT background provided him with the skills in attention to detail and find solutions to issues that arise with tenants, buildings, and vendors.

Sunny has developed strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude from his rich experience in Sales and Customer Services. He builds and maintains relationships with his clients. He maintains a proactive approach in coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for property upkeep, repairs, and improvements. Sunny speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin which allows him to communicate effectively with different owners and tenants.

Sunny’s experience in Hong Kong has provided him with a diverse range of challenges and opportunities, and he is excited to bring his expertise and enthusiasm to the vibrant and dynamic community of Auckland.
