Kevin has found his career in property management.

He takes pride in his knowledge in the rental industry making sure he is always up to date with the changes to both regulations and legislations.

After years in property management, he has found that the most important aspect in the industry is strong communication. As such, Sunrise Team’s management style of looking after properties reflects this principle from phone conversations, emails and text message.

Property Management is a form of customer service and he aspires to bring the very best the industry has to offer. He firmly believes in the development of the Company Brand to commit, communicate and care for his clients.

Fluent in English, Cantonese and tries really hard to speak Mandarin so go easy on him when speaking in Mandarin : )
