Grace’s position as Administrator at Sunrise Property is extremely broad and encompasses many tasks on a daily basis and that’s why she enjoys it so much – no two days are ever the same!

A large portion of her time each day is spent dealing with land and water rates as they come into the office for each property on the company’s books, ensuring that they and all maintenance issues are invoiced promptly. She is also the first port of call for all landlord and tenant enquiries both by email and telephone. She always likes to make sure that she can answer these questions by listening well, so as to know exactly what is required to provide resolution. That is just part of what she do however – she is also involved with listing new properties and releasing keys to tenants on move – in day.

As a property owner and landlord herself, she knows exactly what sets a great property manager apart from others in this highly competitive field and that is why she chooses to work at Sunrise Property Management. She has known Iris as her own Property Manager for many years and it was Iris’s passion for the industry and for achieving huge results for Iris’s clients that convinced herself to get involved. She looks forward to being able to assist you by utilising the many skills she has acquired in Sunrise Property.
