Before coming to New Zealand, Elaine managed a finance company in Hong Kong. A major part of the business was for residential finance.

This grounding gave Elaine an interest in and an understanding of residential property sales.

Elaine originally joined the industry as a salesperson. When the opportunity arose to expand her expertise in to a property management role, Elaine was able to incorporate this while still maintaining the ability to conduct sales. Elaine enjoys all business related to property.

The growth Elaine has achieved in her property management portfolio is a tribute to the focus she puts into the business. The property management aspect of the real estate business suits Elaine who excels in attention to detail and maintaining excellent landlord and tenant relationships. Having a grown family means Elaine can devote her time to go the extra mile when the need arises.

Elaine’s ability to speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin are very beneficial in today’s marketplace.
