Iris’s venture into Property Management began in 2004 when she was appointed as the Rental Manager in a newly established Real Estate office located in the thriving Dannemora area.
She takes immense pride in her accomplishment of building the non-existent rental department from the ground up and achieving a growth rate that was double the industry average
Efficiency and a straightforward approach are her core strengths, enabling her to tackle tasks and challenges with a resolute and effective manner. Whether it’s for a landlord or tenant, she has consistently delivered a service based on hard work and integrity.
Her determination to learn and apply her knowledge led her to win the “Top Rental Manager of the Year” award for the company not once, but twice.
In 2012, she founded Sunrise Property Management and Services Ltd, a venture that has been rapidly expanding. The company opened its second branch in Newmarket in 2019, and its third branch in Ormiston in 2021.
Iris thrives on pushing her limits and embracing continuous learning. Her goal is to ensure that the Sunrise Team can provide the best possible service to their clients and customers.
